Banana Oats Pancakes

Ingredients

  1. 1 Banana
  2. 1 cup Oats
  3. ½ cup Almond Milk

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes to allow it to thicken.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and coat with some coconut oil or butter.
  4. Pour spoonful of batter or up to your desired pancake size into the pan.
  5. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Serve with honey, berries or any toppings of your choice.
  7. Enjoy.
