Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Oats
- ½ cup Almond Milk
Directions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes to allow it to thicken.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and coat with some coconut oil or butter.
- Pour spoonful of batter or up to your desired pancake size into the pan.
- Cook on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with honey, berries or any toppings of your choice.
- Enjoy.
