- ¼ cup Sesame seeds
- 1 clove of Garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toast the sesame seeds in a pan for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add all the other ingredients and blend again until smooth.
- Add water, a little bit at a time if you need to thin it out.
- To serve, drizzle with olive oil.
