Homemade Almond Butter

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups almonds (raw and unsalted)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Toast the almonds in the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Let cool for a minute.
  4. Transfer into the food processor and process on high-speed until smooth.
  5. Scrape down the slides occasionally to ensure that all the nuts are well blended.
  6. Poor into a jar and keep refrigerated.
  7. Enjoy.
