Caramel Syrup

  1. 1 cup brown sugar
  2. ½ cup butter
  3. 2 teaspoon caramel flavour
  4. ½ teaspoon vanilla

  1. On medium heat, cook the sugar and butter while stirring continuously.
  2. Cook until reduced and slightly thick in consistency.
  3. Remove from the heat and add vanilla and caramel flavour
  4. Cool and store in a cool place.
  5. You may use for cooking in recipes that require syrup.
  6. Enjoy.
