Easy Creamy Potato Bake





  1. 4 large Potatoes
  2. ½ cup Cream cheese or sour cream
  3. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon of your choice of dried herbs
  5. Black pepper to taste
  6. Salt to taste


  1. Preheat the oven at 200° Celsius.
  2. Peel the potatoes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  4. Season the potatoes with salt.
  5. Grease your oven dish with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Place one layer of the potatoes in the dish.
  7. Add a layer of cream cheese or sour cream.
  8. Sprinkle with black pepper.
  9. Repeat 4-6 until you’ve used up all the potatoes.
  10. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
  11. Sprinkle with herbs.
  12. Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 200° Celsius for one hour or until the potato is soft and tender.
  13. Serve green salad.
