Blueberry and Peach Coffee Cake



  1. 1 cup blueberries
  2. 1 can peach slices in syrup
  3. ½ cup condense milk
  4. ½ cup butter milk
  5. ½ cup syrup from the peaches
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 2 teaspoon vanilla
  8. ¾ cup butter
  9. 2 ½ cups flour
  10. ½ cup sugar
  11. ½ teaspoon baking powder
  12. 1 teaspoon baking soda




  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda).
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients (butter, eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, condense milk, syrup).
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Pour the batter into two greased or lined pans.
  5. Arrange the peach slices on top and scatter the remaining blueberries.
  6. For variation, you can also add a crumble top.
  7. Bake in a 180°C preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool completely in the pan.
  9. Enjoy.
