- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 2 teaspoon caramel flavour
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- On medium heat, cook the sugar and butter while stirring continuously.
- Cook until reduced and slightly thick in consistency.
- Remove from the heat and add vanilla and caramel flavour
- Cool and store in a cool place.
- You may use for cooking in recipes that require syrup.
